SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Duckymaze!

We ship to Norway, Japan, UK, and USA. Duckymaze provides customers with multiple shipping methods; that can be selected from the Checkout Page.

Note: Duckymaze doesn’t manufacture any of the products. Duckymaze is a Dropshipping website store. 

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:

Duckymaze is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.

In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

FREE SHIPPING

Duckymaze offers free shipping only on certain items.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

For security reasons, Duckymaze will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders will be sent within 2- 3 days after purchase.

SHIPPING TIMES

The products are sent directly by different suppliers carefully selected by Duckymaze from different parts of the world. Shipping times depend on the shipping logistics of those suppliers.

Approximate shipping times:

Entirely depends on the shipping method selected on Checkout Page. On the Checkout Page; delivery time is shown next to the shipping method selected by the customer.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Duckymaze provide the tracking numbers, between 2-3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. this will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

CUSTOMS TAX

Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

DELAYS

Duckymaze is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Duckymaze is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, it is possible that the buyer must pick up the package at the post office of the corresponding country.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Duckymaze will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Duckymaze recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. We cannot deliver to PO box or parcel locker addresses. Orders to PO box or parcel locker addresses will be receiving an email to confirm a valid delivery address. Duckymaze is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Duckymaze makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
